We can we're always pleased to help our clients. This document gives details of our terms and conditions of service. If, nevertheless, you need clarification or have any queries, please contact us and an associate of staff will be happy to help you.

Please be aware that any information provided through any part of our web site (examples: forum, blog, news, chief site, live chat, phone, e-mail, ) is for fun & amusement purposes only and doesn't constitute professional advice. Treatment planning:

We will supply printed information on your plan, once your treatment plan has been agreed with the Dentist. We will advise you and discuss this with you, if this plan changes on account of clinical or radiographic findings. Treatment strategies are not invalid for net 90 days from the date the treatment was prescribed. Please don't hesitate to inquire us, before the appointments for actual treatments are made if there are any points on your treatment plan which you want to query.

Authorization forms:

Certain treatments necessitate completion of a written authorization form. This is before these treatments are carried out so that you can explain the treatment, aftercare and any threat to you completely.


Dream Smile Dental Clinic will not manage a credit account system and we require fees to be settled at the appointment where treatment is provided.
At least 50% of the entire fee is due at the appointment where impressions are shot where a lab fee is incurred by treatment. Fees for certain treatments like Invisalign and Dental Implants are taken at each visit in payments that were staged.

In cases where treatment is paid for on finance through a Finance company, please be aware that the finance agreement must be accepted and signed before the start of that treatment. Take note that finance is only available on treatments through?400, not including Emergency Dental Treatment, and that a minimum deposit may also be demanded.

Pearl Dental Clinic doesn't accept any payments by cheque.

Fees for treatment where intravenous sedation is comprised, must be settled prior to the appointment to prevent monetary transactions, or signatures being demanded, whilst a client remains under the effect of the sedative.

Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge time established deposits for booking future appointments. Deposits are deductible off the cost of treatment.

Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to make a fee for any debt passed to your debt collection agency.

All the fees employed for any form of Dental treatment at the practice are based on; the stuff used, lab costs incurred (if appropriate), and the clinical time spent. The fees are nevertheless, demonstrated as treatments prescribed on the treatment plan for your information.

Late cancellation or missed appointments:
Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge up to?100 per hour, in the function of an appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment.

We realize that some patients travel long distances to get to the practice, and in some cases being late for appointments can be inevitable. Should you be over 10 minutes, please be aware that you may be requested to reschedule your appointment.


At Dream Smile Dental Clinic our Lumineers, Ceramic Veneers, Implant crowns and Ceramic crowns are guaranteed for a period of 5 years following placement, so long as the following conditions are satisfied:

The patient doesn't owe the practice any money for the treatment received and has completely paid for the treatment.
Crowns, the Veneers, Lumineers & Implant crowns haven't been damaged as a consequence of a collision, excessive grinding or injury.
All post treatment maintenance recommendations have been followed by the patient.
The patient has attended and regular examination every 6 months.
Some treatments may have a guarantee of less than 1 year, and in this event you'll be notified by your Dentist either verbally or in writing, or both.

Personal Details:

It is extremely important that you simply give a complete medical history and details of any medicine you take. Should these change at all, it is very important for you yourself to tell your Dentist. It is the patient's responsibility to advise the practice of any changes in their medical history personal details and/or.

Use of Images and X rays:

Dream Smile Dental Clinic may use images and x-rays of teeth and your smile just, for educational and advertising purposes on the Dream Smile Dental Clinic site, and on educational and promotional literature. Your name will never be published, and identity WOn't be divulged. But if you DO NOT want for us to use your images and x-rays this way, please why don't we know.

At Dream Smile Dental Clinic the health of our patients is our highest priority, and we also like to keep our patients informed of various important changes at the practice and of our latest special offers. We like to remind our patients of their appointments, when they're due for appointments, and other various reminders that are important. On this particular note, you may be periodically contacted by the practice via cellphone, text, electronic mail or by letter in the post. Please inform US if you DO NOT want to be contacted by the practice by any or all of these means.

Criticism's policy:

To be able to ensure that every patient has just the best experience in the least times at Dream Smile Dental Clinic we constantly take complaints about any aspects of our services very seriously.

Criticisms should be made to the Dream Smile Dental Clinic Management', and should not be unclear, so that they'll be dealt with efficiently.

Every complaint will receive immediate written/e-mail recognition, and the Management will strive to resolve the complaint within a quick, acceptable time period (generally about 2 weeks). For our full complaints process and policy, please request a member of our reception team. It'll generally be acknowledged by the Management team and after that referred to the treating Dentist if a complaint is about any facet of clinical care or related charges.

If unsatisfied, you may want to forward your complaint to the General Dental Council.

No tolerance/Maltreatment policy

At Dream Smile Dental Clinic we manage a zero tolerance policy to abuse to our Dentists and staff, loud/disorderly/drunken behavior, persistent overlooking and late cancellation of appointments (after multiple warnings). In these scenarios, Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to deny treatment and admission.

Data Protection Act:

We save all patient personal details on a secure computer system relative to the Data Protection Act. All clinical notes, digital radio-graphs, photographs etc that are digital remain the property of Dream Smile Dental Clinic. Copies of photographs, radiographs and notes can be made available and the right to charge an administration fee is reserved by Dream Smile Dental Clinic.
